Meet Our Pet Sitters

Jessica Burrell Wilkens

Owner of Helping Hands Pet Care & Full Time Pet Sitter

Jessica grew up with cats, dogs, a cockatiel, a hamster, a rabbit, and ferrets. Her love for animals started as a young child. She has professionally worked with animals since 2005, when she decided to turn her passion for animals into a career.

As a result of working at various grooming and boarding facilities, she found that a home environment was more relaxing for most pets. That's why she started Helping Hands Pet Care. So pets could enjoy all the love and attention, but still be in the comfort of their own home.

Jessica loves finding that one spot that makes your kitty friend purr, and she has been known to have doggie dance parties at overnight sleep overs. Her favorite part of the job is seeing all the happy, smiling faces, tail wags, dog kisses and purrs, greet her at the door.

Jessica and her team will go above and beyond to make sure your beloved pets are well taken care of while you are away!

She has been living in Nashville for 12 years now and has a husband, two children and two dogs.
